1. No Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any products. Once an order is placed and dispatched, we cannot swap or trade items for different variations or products. We encourage all researchers to double-check their requirements before completing a purchase.
2. Core Policy Overview
Due to the risk of cross-contamination and the temperature-sensitive nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, handled, or are no longer in their original sealed condition, unless the product is verified as defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our logistics, but we understand that transit issues can occur.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives with physical damage (e.g., broken vials or compromised seals), we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to initiate a quality review.
4. How to Initiate a Claim
To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

Storage: Ensure the product remains in the state it arrived. Do not attempt to use or further manipulate a damaged vial while your claim is being processed.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it is considered final.
