“Customer” means any individual or entity purchasing Products
“Research Purposes” means lawful, non-clinical laboratory research conducted by appropriately qualified persons
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing Products, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
Acceptance is mandatory and is confirmed via a required checkout checkbox.
If the Customer does not agree, they must not place an order.
3. Research Use Restriction
All Products supplied by the Company are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
The Products are:

Not medical devices
Not food supplements
Not cosmetics
Not approved for human or veterinary consumption
The Products must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or otherwise administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.
4. Absolute Prohibition on Personal Use
The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

Any such use constitutes misuse outside the scope of sale

5. Customer Warranties
By placing an order, the Customer warrants and represents that:
They are at least 18 years of age
They are purchasing Products solely for legitimate Research Purposes
They possess the appropriate knowledge, facilities, equipment, and qualifications to handle research compounds safely
They will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
They will not resell or supply Products for unauthorised or personal use
6. No Advice or Representations
Nothing on this website, including product descriptions, documentation, or communications, constitutes:

Regulatory advice
The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the safety, efficacy, or suitability of Products for any purpose other than Research Purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Refuse service
Cancel orders
Suspend or terminate accounts
Where there is reasonable suspicion that Products may be misused or acquired for unauthorised purposes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
